Our terms and conditions

Bookings 12+ months in advance

20% deposit of Total Amount payable within 24 hours of booking.
Balance payable 2 months before arrival date.
Bookings 6 – 12 months in advance:
50% deposit of Total Amount payable within 24 hours of booking.
Balance payable 2 months before arrival date.
Bookings 2 – 6 months in advance:
75% of Total Amount payable within 24 hours of booking.
Balance payable 2 months before arrival date.
Bookings 2 months in advance:
100% of Total Amount payable within 24 hours of booking.

*Any cancellation of trip will result in forfeiture of deposit payment made.

*No booking is confirmed until required deposit has been made.

*We act as a 3rd party booking partner for listed venues/properties and do not take any responsibility for injury/loss at the booked premises. By making a booking you agree to adhere to the terms, conditions and rules of the selected property.

We currently accept direct bank transfers and card payments through our e-commerce platform

  • Full payment is required to confirm purchases on our online store for items/products.
  • REFUNDS: Any product/item which has a clear error, defect and/or manufacturers fault may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery date. The customer must inform HuntClub as such in writing with proof of defect. HuntClub may either provide a full refund or credit your account to use on another purchase.
  • Any item that is returned for a refund must be unused and in the original packaging, if applicable.
  • CANCELLATION: No order may be cancelled once confirmed and paid for. Any order that has not been paid for may be cancelled via the website.
